Food Operators is a curated circle of 7 and 8-figure owners sharing unfiltered insights about what’s driving results right now.
From fast-growing startups to enduring businesses built over decades, our members operate across a wide range of food models, channels, and scales. You’ll meet operators running businesses in packaged food, restaurants and cafés, and production-driven food businesses.
What are the requirements to join?
Every member in Food Operators must be an operating founder or CEO of a food business doing at least $1M in revenue.
What’s included in my membership?
Food Operators’ main feature is the private community and network of other successful founders, CEOs, and operators.
Members get full access to the community forum, member directory, rolodex of service providers recommended by other members, 1:1 introductions, fireside chats, and in person events.
How much does it cost?
Membership is $299/month, billed quarterly, which many of our members expense through their business.
We priced our membership to make the decision simple, so that one great connection or insight can return 10x what you invest in dues.
What time commitment will it require?
Food Operators is intentionally designed to be a low-lift, always-on community.
